I grew up in the very small town of Yoakum, TX. was a first generation college graduate who went to UTSA. I studied English and my degree was in Professional Writing. My favorite classes were the ones in which we got to be the most creative. My hobbies include reading, writing, hiking, camping, yoga, and rock climbing. I enjoy now working in college access to support students that remind me of myself in high school.
